Tapping For “Surface” Pain of Autoimmune Disorders

So often in the cases of chronic conditions there is pain. In autoimmune disorders the pain may be exacerbated due to a number of influences, and EFT or meridian tapping can definitely help.

 

Possible “Surface” Causes of Pain

 

Because autoimmune is generally misunderstood by the general public and by many health practitioners, it often leads to much additional stress, frustration, confusion, agitation, inner resistance, or hopelessness in the clients or patients.

Pain may be eased considerably by simply tapping on the above feelings around the condition stemming from:

  • Disbelief by others,
  • Feeling like a burden to others,
  • Wondering if it really is “all in my head”,
  • Confusion by health practitioners,
  • Negative diagnosis, treatment parameters, prognosis by doctors,
  • Helplessness in finding natural ways to ease the pain and other symptoms,
  • Hopelessness or doubt that the symptoms or conditions will ever abate,
  • Resistance about necessary life changes,
  • Impatience from continued chronic symptoms.

 

These are all somewhat surface emotions brought on by daily life stressors, and can be more easily dealt with, resulting in success.  Here is a tapping sequence that you may use now to ease the surface pain.

Tapping to Clear “Surface” Causes of Pain around Autoimmune

 

Rub on Upper Chest Sore Spots (Neuro-lymphatic points that might feel tender)

I am feeling pain in my body.

When I focus on these thoughts: ___ my pain worsens. (One issue at a time)

I feel a pattern in my stress levels and the pain levels.

I choose to let go of these issues around this pain:  ____

I am ready to let go of the pain.

I am willing to let go of the pain.

I am able to let go of the pain.

Tap on Karate Chop Points  (Do a full round for each of the key words written in bold font from second paragraph… Do them separately.)

Even though I feel pain, I deeply & completely accept myself.

Even though I feel stress, I deeply & completely accept myself.

Even though I feel more pain when there is more stress, I know my body, mind, spirit is doing the best it can to keep me safe.

Even though I feel pain when I feel stress, I trust my body, mind, spirit.

Even though I feel pain, I choose to let it go.

Deeper Causes of Pain from Autoimmune

 

There are many deeper emotions found in most cases of autoimmune disorders, and it usually takes an experienced facilitator to support a client to clear the deep underlying issues that might come from:  DNA, mother’s pregnancy experience, subconscious mind prior to the cognitive mind fully maturing, personal traumatic life experiences, and also certain chemical or pattern “addictions” to the pain, old patterns, or old thought patterns of the past.

It can often ease the surface pain if the one suffering can tap away some of the daily issues listed and then get experienced support to go deeper.  So, until then, use the tapping sequence to move you in the direction of freedom from pain.
