Stephanie is a certified Clinical EFT Practitioner and Mindset Coach. She helps clients clear subconscious beliefs that keep them in a limited version of self and in sabotaging habits.
She also has a Master’s in Engineering and leverages 10 years in wellness & mindfulness to hold the space for her clients in a grounded way.
Stephanie uses Clinical EFT to address past trauma and events that may have contributed to the inner blocks, combined with mindset coaching to establish empowered thought patterns and habits.
