I’m a certified clinical EFT practitioner and retired Certified Nurse Midwife with over 35 years of experience supporting women through life’s biggest transitions. My passion is helping women over 50 who suddenly find their world turned upside down—whether through divorce, loss, job changes, or the empty nest. I’ve lived through these challenges myself and am thriving on the other side, which allows me to guide women with both expertise and empathy. Together, we gently release the grief, fear, and uncertainty of this season and create space for confidence, clarity, and the exciting possibility of a new chapter.
