Affiliate and Business Development Manager

Our growing company is looking for an experienced Affiliate and Business Development Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of our Affiliate Program and prospecting and building new business development leads. The cornerstone of this role is to work with our current affiliate partners to ultimately bring in revenue through affiliates promoting our programs as well as The Tapping Solution promoting other partners programs. 

This is a virtual role that requires someone capable of nurturing our existing affiliate relationships, identifying and recruiting new affiliates, and cultivating new business, corporate partnerships, and research leads. We are looking for full time, but open to part time for the right person.

This multifaceted role includes four main Affiliate Management components, which are affiliate communication; affiliate promotion statistics reporting; management of affiliate promotional assets; administration and management of our annual affiliate launches. Digital marketing promotion development, tracking and reporting are also critical aspects of this position. Primary duties related to Business Development include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating performance and maximizing business reach and potential.

Prior knowledge of the industry, affiliate marketing, sales, and new business development will help with the targeting of new affiliate partners and leads.

The ideal candidate will: 

• Manage and nurture current affiliate relationships with all company affiliates, communicating and scheduling promotions for our products and services as well as their product promotions and launches that we will promote.
• Report to company CMO the metrics for affiliates promoting our products as well as metrics cross promotional partners that we work with.
• Have experience with online marketing – specifically around sales funnels, Digital products and services, conversion rate optimization, and online advertising
• Have previous business development and sales experience
• Create and update affiliate website and all promotional materials for our promotions and launches.
• Be results-focused and have an eye for metrics
• Demonstrate excellent written communication and verbal skills, in a way that conveys a positive, gentle and direct tone to all affiliate questions and during affiliate meetings.
• Be proficient at organizing and prioritizing work to ensure timely responses
• Computer Skills: Google Suite; Slack; Zoom/Skype; Infusionsoft; ClickFunnels; Basecamp; Monday.com
