The five elements originated in ancient Chinese medicine over 2,000 years ago–when scholars theorized that the universe is composed of five forces: water, wood, fire, earth, and metal. Understanding these elements helps us stay in balance physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. We explore how each personality handles stress differently. This knowledge will give you insights on how to best support yourself and those you love to create more peace and harmony in your life

On the podcast, you (or Dondi) said there would be a link in the show notes to take the personality test. I don’t see it, or maybe I am looking in the wrong place?
Thank you for this podcast! I LOVE it! After every interview, I am feeling so much joy and happiness and self inspection (introspection?). Thank you for bringing these wonderful people onto the show and sharing them with all of us!
I listened to Jessica often in the morning when I am preparing for the day. I am an LCSW and have found myself recommending her podcast to my clients who tend to have very negative, depressed selves and come to me seeking change. I see the podcast as one means of beginning a shift. Jessica’s attitude toward life is infectious. She is genuine, very real and that I admire. I enjoyed todays podcast. the speaker, Ms. Dahlin, was quite informative and simply effervescent! This podcast is a great way to start the day in a positive direction.
