Job Description: The Operations and Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively. This individual will be responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring clear communication, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Additionally, they will oversee the head of customer service and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure team members are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities effectively.
• Monitor and optimize team workflows to ensure tasks are being completed correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain a balanced workload across the team, ensuring that everyone is working hard and smart.
• Foster clear and effective communication within the team.
• Oversee and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement.
• Oversee multiple departments, ensuring all areas are aligned and working towards common goals.
• Utilize Monday.com to manage and track projects and tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the leadership team presenting priorities, ideas, and challenges in a clear and organized manner.Initial Focus:
• Conduct a thorough assessment of current operations and workflows.
• Identify and address inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Implement processes and systems to optimize team performance and communication.Qualifications:
• Proven experience in operations and marketing, with a strong background in both fields.
• Proficiency in using monday.com.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Friendly, relaxed, kind demeanor with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
