Hi Nick I listened to this and tapped along in the beginning I was a 10 I am now a 56 I listened to it 4 times in a row and I plan on listening to it again and again till I get to a zero just wondering if it is ok to listen to it that many times in a row I hope so cause it really helps me Thank You So Much For this from the bottom of my Heart Gos Bless you
