Personal growth is powerful. Setting goals, chasing dreams, and making big changes in our lives? I’m all for it!
But here’s the catch: sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves to change that we end up stressed and discouraged. That’s not helpful. In fact, it usually backfires.
So here’s what I’ve learned: real personal growth starts with self-compassion and self-acceptance. It’s about loving who you are right now, while still being open to positive change.
