Today, there are 10 statements I want to share with you. These are some things I needed to hear today, and I thought it might do you some good to hear them as well.
These are the types of things that I know to be true when I stop and think about it, but I can have a hard time remembering on a daily basis. Sometimes, these truths are hard to hold onto and remember through all the ups and downs of life.
Here are the 10 reminders that I want us all to keep in mind today:
- You are free to breathe and just be, right here and right now.
- How you feel right now will not be how you feel forever. This is just a small moment in a much bigger story.
- You are not a failure, even if things aren’t all going right and you don’t get it all perfectly.
- You have not missed out on what was meant for you. There is so much more beauty to come even if you can’t predict it.
- It is okay if it takes time. You are safe to trust the process and allow things to unfold at their own pace.
- You have done hard things in the past, and you can do them again.
- You have permission to do whatever you need to do to nurture yourself today.
- What you do today is enough. You are doing a great job.
- You are whole and worthy, exactly as you are right here in this moment.
- You are not alone, and you are so, so loved.
I invite you to take a moment to just breathe… and to just be in this moment here. Let these words wash over you and absorb into your entire being.
If one or two of these reminders stood out to you, consider jotting them down somewhere you’ll see the words throughout the day, so that you can keep letting these truths sink in and get deeper into the core of your being.
