In the news, on social media, and even when listening to stories in our own families or friend groups, we often just get the highlight reels. We hear about the major milestones, the big changes, the noteworthy accomplishments, and the breakthroughs!
It’s easy to start to believe that major breakthroughs are the only things that are important. It’s easy to start to think that if we want to see any valuable changes in our lives, we need something really big and noteworthy to happen.
But what if you didn’t need a major breakthrough to change your life? What if you didn’t need to make a huge shift all at once in order to make progress in a meaningful way?
Maybe all you really need is a little shift. Maybe all you need is to make a micro-adjustment, or to shift your focus just a teeny tiny bit.
Small changes may not seem like much at first, but they can do more than you could ever imagine.
That’s one of the (many) reasons I love Tapping so much.
It seems like such a small, simple thing, and it only takes a few minutes per day. But the shifts that come out of such a simple practice can be SO profound. Especially when we commit to the practice and show up day after day after day.
So today, don’t underestimate the power of the little shifts. Don’t underestimate just how powerful the little things, like Tapping, can be.
And if you want to experience a positive shift RIGHT NOW, head to the app and try out one of our Quick Taps.
These short and sweet video sessions pack a punch – they are so super powerful, but they only take 2 minutes out of your day.
Here are a couple of my favorite Quick Tap sessions (click below on your mobile device, or type the names into the search bar in your app!):
- Help Me Stop Worrying Quick Tap (FREE!)
- Feeling Blah Quick Tap (FREE!)
- Afternoon Reset Quick Tap
- Motivate Me To… Change a Habit Quick Tap
- Sunday: Rest and Release Quick Tap
These sessions are designed to create the kinds of powerful shifts in your day that can add up to change your entire life for the better.
Give one a try right now, and then comment below to let me know what you think!
Until next time…
Keep Tapping!

P.S. All this talk about how important the little things are got me thinking about this funny cartoon by Divyansh Sikka Comics (@that_doodleguy). It’s pretty adorable 🙃🐵
