After doing this meditation, I came to realize that the vast majority of frustrations and struggles in my life have to do with taking on the negative energy of others and giving over my power to them. I will repeat this meditation often. It enlightened me and calmed me. Thank you too, Jessica, for your beautiful, calm delivery of the ideas.

I have been trying to help a friend getting through some tough situations and inadvertently took on his problems. I felt frustrated, burdened, and saddened. This meditation helped me gained clarity about these negative feelings. It also helped me realize that even though I like to be there for others, I don’t need to take on their problems. I did the meditation 3 times in a row and feeling much better now. Thank you so much for the timely and invaluable meditation!

I just used this meditation on my roommates, and went from an 8 to a 4!
I’ve ‘known about’ tapping for years, but not really applied it. Thank you for something about this one that grabbed my attention!

Dear Jessica,

I am so grateful for this tapping meditation from you. At the moment I am again temporarily exposed to the extreme hate from my dad. He is 64 years old, and my age is 42.

Today I got ap early in Germany and checked my emails.
As I saw the subject, I thought “That’s it”.
While before your short tapping meditation, I was upset with a scale number of 7. After the meditation the number was 4, but my pulse and blood pressure dropped fantastically.

Your are doing a great work.

Namaste …I just used this script and my anxiety and rapid heart rate has dropped considerably…I am extricating myself from a dangerous person’s orbit
A self proclaimed guru I met at a very low point in my life…he has been gaslighting me and manipulating me for the past 16 years … tapping helped me so much earlier this year with PTSD and has strengthened me interiorly to get here…now as we sort out our finances and hes getting ugly.I am hiding and well supported now …but this guy nearly took my life while acting like he saved it …there are some really sick disparate scary characters around …this tapping
script has brought down my anxiety from what felt like 100 over 10 to a 5 out of 10 and I will be using it with gratitude as I proceed to disentangle myself from his bizarre fantasy.

I met someone this morning who brings out the worst in me. It turns out she has involved herself in a project that I run.
I came home with anxiety at 8 on the scale, Sat through the meditation. Worked very well. Anxiety down to 2/3. I will run through the meditation again for the extra thoughts on similar anxieties that came up. Doing well Thank you very much.

Sometimes I do take on other’s negative energies. Like Charity, I like being there for others. As I feel centred and relaxed in my body, maybe I can be there with another and not take on his energy. I am responsible for my energy. I choose to feel centered and strong. I can only give what I have, and sometimes I need some distance to help recenter & ground myself. I do feel calmer now. I am now a 5, and began as an 8. The tapping more regularly will help me center in myself, and not take on others’ energies; sometimes I take on stuff from a DVD or even a Facebook post. I need to question; who does this energy really belong to?
