2. Tap on the Side of the Hand (setup statement):
  • Take a deep breath in and out
  • Tap gently on the Side of the Hand point while repeating your setup statement three times

3. Tap through the points in order:
  • Tap through the following points in order as you breathe deeply and visualize your vagus nerve and entire nervous system coming into balance and functioning with harmony and ease:
    • Eyebrow 
    • Side of the eye
    • Under the eye

    • Collarbone
    • Under the arm
    • Top of the head

4. Reassess how you feel 
  • Take a few deep breaths and check in with yourself again. How do you feel now? Give the intensity a number again on the same 0 to 10 scale. 
  • If the intensity is still higher than you’d like, and you don’t feel calm and relaxed yet, you can keep Tapping through the points until you feel better.
