For the Session I ask questions , Scale from 1-10, Set up Statement, Reminder Phrase, Show the tapping points, take deep breathes, checkin with scale 1-2 level,bring it down to at least 2, have them make a list of what bothers them and them tap on each issue one by one,take one topic for at least 2-3 days if it is high in scale.
