With a Master’s Degree in Psychology, and as a Certified EFT Practitioner, I have skillful understanding from both a therapeutic and an energetic approach to healing. I will create a safe and loving space for your healing.

My personal work began in my mid-twenties. Inspired to help people who struggle with emotional pain, I decided to become a therapist. The turning point in my journey was when I encountered EFT. I became fascinated with these powerful techniques. I found that EFT takes emotional healing to a deeper level, resulting in healing the core of the issues.Using advanced forms of EFT, deep work can be done.

This is the fascinating part! EFT gives me the ability to release the core issues for my clients. I go far into deeper work with these new approaches.

I feel moved to be able to help people completely change their lives by releasing their patterns, and leading clients to experience deep healing and inner peace.
