Hi! I am an Australian living in Portugal!
I embrace therapy that makes a difference. And as an accredited Advanced EFT Practitioner, I know that EFT provides clients with a very practical tool to help them move forward and resolve whatever is holding them back.
I am also an accredited NLP Practitioner and IET (Integrated Energy Techniques) Therapist and bring the latest of all these energy psychology techniques together to deal with emotional issues, physical problems or long standing habits, phobias, fears, stresses, beliefs and memories.
Having worked in the corporate world and on network television, I understand the support required to cope with stress, burnout and how to boost performance.
And having been in the energy and healing field for over 25 years as a Reiki Master I work with great sensitivity with people, one-to-one or at a distance.
Wherever the starting point, or how clear (or unclear) things might be, EFT and the combination of techniques I use, are profoundly effective in facilitating positive change. We will find a way forward together – simply, effectively, collaboratively.
