Karla has a rich and diverse background dedicated to the profound healing of trauma, dismantling blocks & limiting beliefs, and alleviating stress through a heart-centered and holistic approach.  She designs her sessions carefully to guide you toward healing and freedom from your challenges, using gentle, effective, and compassionate methods.

A certified EFT practitioner for trauma, a somatic expert, and a dedicated health & life coach, Karla brings a range of skills to her practice.

She has helped many clients deal with trauma and stress from their past, ongoing stress, or sudden traumatic events.

Karla has worked with a variety of clients dealing with issues like self-doubt, self-judgment, guilt, shame, burnout, anxiety, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, self-sabotage, and navigating the aftermath of community tragedies or shock traumas.  She has also supported those struggling with food issues and parenting challenges.

Her transformative path toward becoming an EFT and somatic practitioner began when she shifted her career from teaching. She went through a profound healing process herself, dealing with the effects of childhood trauma. She realized that true healing goes beyond changing your thoughts; it involves a deep journey that mends your heart and fosters more compassion and love for yourself and others.
