Rashné is a certified Clinical EFT practitioner, with additional certification in Energy Psychology, from EFT Universe. Unexpected change and physical or emotional trauma cause undue stress in our lives. Rashné creates a safe and sacred space to tap with you on your inner pain using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping). Rashné affirms the deep connection of mind, body and soul. Tapping accesses the energy body where our trauma and unprocessed emotions reside. As we clear these heavy energies from our body and mind, lightness & clarity return.
Rashné is located in Dundas, Ontario, Canada but works on Zoom, so is available to clients worldwide. Her work with EFT is grounded in 20 years of experience with helping others with their inner healing through Reiki. She started out as an Environmental Engineer, but life had other plans for her. Her own crises and challenges in mid-life led her to seek answers, first through yoga & meditation, then through Reiki & EFT. With the help of those paths, she found her way home and is happy to help others move towards their wholeness & healing.
Also a certified Yoga teacher, Rashné knows the importance of taking care of ourselves not only physically, but also as beings of energy & spirit. When our body’s energy system is disrupted with unprocessed emotions, trauma, and negative patterns of thinking, we experience discomfort and a lack of well-being. Tapping on key acupuncture points as we recall our distress, clears blocked energy pathways, and allows life force energy to flow more freely. EFT helps us find greater self acceptance and harmony in our lives.
In addition to tapping, Rashné uses techniques from Energy Psychology, such as “Unfinished Conversations” with loved ones or others who may have hurt us. Using tapping with completing the conversations helps to bring understanding and closure to old wounds. Another technique of “Invisible Counselor” helps us connect with our Higher wisdom. The clearing of our blocks, creates space in our psyche for insights to emerge and guide us in our lives.
