After a nearly 40 year career in management that was never exciting or even remotely close to being my passion, I decided I wanted a change. My intention was to be of service to others and to make a difference.
I discovered EFT and began the journey that has changed so much in my life. EFT is a powerful modality that has helped me remove blocks of every kind to living my highest and best life. It soon became apparent that it could do the same for others.
I began by attending EFT and Matrix Reimprinting training with a prominent EFTU trainer and started working with clients. As an EFT practitioner who offices with a local chiropractor, I have helped clients release phobias, clear painful emotions—often dating to childhood—overcome fear of flying, lose weight and manage cravings and a myriad of other conditions that were blocking them. And, in my volunteer work, I use EFT with at-risk teens to support them in dealing with the challenges they face.
As someone who has gone through a 12 step program for addiction, I feel especially qualified to help people who are dealing with addictive behavior. And, the addition of EFT in that work can be a invaluable resource and support.
EFT is a wonderful, painless modality to help eliminate the thoughts and blocks in your life that are holding you small and allow you to live a life without limits.
